???? 為什么微軟在中國混的有聲有色，比如說，為什么能得到政策支持，立法強制每臺出售的電腦必須安裝正版操作系統！等等。在一些政府大單采購上，壓制國產的金山，紅旗等等！為什么綠壩這樣的剽竊美國人開源源碼的軟件在中國還混的風聲水起!全國人民為它買單呢！
???? 為什么說在中國，程序員普遍不被尊重，程序員干到35歲，就必須考慮轉型，不能再干程序員呢，為什么說在中國，善于搞關系，玩權謀，會做人的人都普遍混的要比技術很牛的程序員強，為什么在中國，厚黑學，關系學的書籍如此暢銷，而在西方正好相反，程序員受到尊重，尤其技術很牛的程序員，為什么中國國產的厚黑學，關系學在西方行不通呢！

我來講解下一位大師眼睛里的中國智慧與西方智慧的不同！
一個民族有一個民族的智慧，當然不同的民族對智慧的理解也有所不同。中國人所代表的中國智慧觀念，與洋人的西方智慧觀念有很大差距。西方人心目中的智慧人物，無非亞里士多德、牛頓、愛迪生、愛因斯坦，霍金，之流，都是理論家、發明家、創造家。中國人心目中的智慧人物是誰？大家會不約而同地說：“諸葛亮”，”司馬懿”。諸葛亮司馬懿,有什么發明？沒有；有什么創造？也沒有；提出過什么理論？還是沒有（孫武還有部《孫子兵法》）。中國人把諸葛亮,司馬懿視為最高智慧代表人物的理由在哪里？因為諸葛亮玩計謀、搞詐術的水平中國古今第一。司馬懿的隱忍權謀大家有口皆碑，但是他空城計被諸葛亮玩了一把，上方谷被諸葛用計差點被燒死，可以認為稍遜風騷，可認為，諸葛第一，司馬其次。
中國的智慧標準是計謀權術，西方的智慧標準是發明創造。按照中國的智慧標準，牛頓、愛迪生、愛因斯坦不過幾個書呆子而已。牛頓遇到諸葛亮，肯定被諸葛亮玩得像如來佛手心里的軟糖一樣，誰敢在諸葛面前談天才。而按西方的智慧標準，諸葛亮不過是一個擅長計謀的政治人物而已，連一個高等數學方程式都解答不了，誰敢在牛頓面前談智慧。美國前國務卿基辛格之類擅長計謀的政治老腕，不會被列入西方天才人物的行列。
中國有過一個數學家叫陳景潤（現在的90后估計知道的不多了），一天到晚鬼迷心竅地搞什么“1＋1＝2”的數學猜想。當時周圍的人都把陳景潤視為呆子、怪人，要不是洋人抬舉了陳景潤，他一直會被認為是智商接近弱智者的癡愚人物。陳景潤的論文登出后，中國的反應如同石沉大海，洋人卻興奮起來：“你們中國有個天才的數學家陳景潤！我們要請他去講學。”洋人給陳景潤的癡愚平反摘帽，但仍有許多中國人不以為然：“不就是一個怪才嘛”。
西方認為人類最高的智慧體現在對宇宙自然的理解，智慧的高低是“與自然斗爭”能力的大小，把天才的美稱授予那些揭示自然法則的理論家、巧妙利用自然力量的發明家。中國則認為人類最高的智慧體現在對“人”的理解控制，智慧的高低是“與人斗爭”能力的大小。中國的聰明人標準是：精于為人處世，老謀深算，隨機應變，討好上級，拉攏平級，利用下級。不會做這些的，均被列入“老實”、“呆子”、“不識時務”不開竅愚昧人之列。中國有句格言：“做人比做事更重要”，陳景潤那樣不懂做人的人在中國找老婆都難，提到科學，有些國人會不服氣：“中國漢代的張衡最早發明了觀測地震的蛤蟆罐，五代的祖沖之最早算出了高精度的圓周率，明代的萬氏最早造出了載人的火箭飛凳……”。但我們也應該了解，張衡、祖沖之、萬氏等人，都是歷史學家為了和洋人爭口氣，硬從歷史垃圾堆中發掘出來的稀有人物。在中國漫長歷史中，極少有人知道這些人的存在，更不要說把他們視為中華民族智慧的化身了。
古代中國人向來不重視科技發明，我們是四大發明的故鄉，但是那些發明人誰關注過，古代哪個統治者，哪個當官的重視過科技，整天玩黨爭，爭權奪利，個個整天琢磨著自己升官發財，玩計謀，拉關系，結朋黨，都想著怎么打擊對手，壓榨百姓，討皇帝歡心。當時GDP占據世界80%的南宋，科技，經濟誰敢說不好，被蒙古給滅了，其實士兵戰斗力是一個問題，為什么蒙古大軍天下無敵，就是因為重視科技，重視火炮，最后南宋在火炮，弓箭這些武器不重視，那些工匠反過來被蒙古所用，最后自己士兵戰斗力不如別人，兵器不如別人，不被滅才怪！談近一點的，鴉片戰爭，直接拿長矛大刀跟別人機槍大炮的干，喪權辱國，割地賠款。
西方哲人的智慧體現在抽象思維上。與孟子同時代的古希臘學者亞里士多德，首創研究無生命物質世界的構造、運動和原因的《物理學》，并提出自然科學中一系列最基本的概念：“物質”、“空間”、“時間”、“運動”。亞里士多德還首先提出《方法論》問題，總結出“歸納”與“演繹”兩種邏輯推理方法。應該說亞里士多德的最大貢獻之一就是提出“力”的抽象概念，并創立了力與運動關系的“運動定律”（后來伽利略對亞里士多德的“運動定律”發生疑問，提出了“慣性定律”）。在牛頓總結出著名的“力學三定律”后，宏觀力學基本成熟，量子力學為代表的微觀力學又開辟了新的時代。可以說沒有“力”的抽象概念，就沒有今天的自然科學。
與此相比，中國哲人的智慧體現在感性思維上。中國哲人雖不擅長提出抽象概念和創立法則定律，但卻善于講故事，把深刻的人生哲理用淺顯的文學方式表達出來，中國古代哲學都寓于名人的教誨和故事般的寓言中。比如“守株待兔”、“刻舟求劍”、“鄭人買履”這三個寓言，作者想要表達的意思其實都一樣，但中國哲人卻無法把這些具體的寓言抽象升華為一個理性概念，洋哲學家則把中國哲人想要說而說不出來的內涵抽象概括為一個概念：“教條主義”。再比如“掩耳盜鈴”、“疑人盜斧”、“罰人吃肉”三個寓言的意思也一樣，中國哲人無法像西方哲人那樣將這些寓言抽象為一個概念：“主觀主義”。
中國的寓言類似于西方的童話，但童話是給兒童看的，因為兒童的理性思維能力比較差。而中國的寓言卻是給成人看的，按照西方的標準，中國的寓言就是“成人的童話”。中國的國民性是什么？魯迅無法用理性思維得出一個抽象的概念，只好借用感性思維的寓言方式，寫了《阿Q正傳》。當然魯迅用感性思維的方法是用對了，因為中國人對理性抽象的東西有一種天然的抗拒感，理性強的學說很難在中國得到廣泛的接受。
另一方面，中國和西方測試個人智慧的方式也有所不同。西人用IQ試題檢測你的發想力、推理力和創造力，然后給你一個大腦IQ值。西方大學的入學考試，都是以測試學生的推理想象能力為主。古代中國怎樣評價個人的智慧呢？這就是科舉考試，用寫文章來評價你的智慧程度，秀才、舉人、進士的差別就在于寫文章水平的高低，文章寫得最好的被皇帝賜封狀元。一個家族如果出一個狀元，那是極其榮耀的事，會永久記載在家譜中成為后人的驕傲。
中國科舉考試考什么呢？既不是考應試者的邏輯推理和想象創新能力，也不是考應試者掌握知識的數量和準確程度，而是考應試者的“文采”。由于文采沒有一個客觀的標準，所以中國的科舉考試不象西方大學考試有一個客觀的分數，考生在科舉考試中排名完全由主考官個人的好惡來決定。
中國所謂的“文采”又是什么呢？這也沒有一個客觀的定義，很難用語言來精確說明。大致講來，有“文采”的文章，作者不是簡單直接地表達自己的思想，而是用比喻、借喻、夸張、擬人等文學手法來間接婉轉地表達思想，平鋪直敘講大白話被認為文字水平較低。古代中國把文學表現手法稱為“賦”、“比”、“興”，朱熹說：“賦者，敷陳其事而直言之者也；比者，以彼物比此物也；興者，先言他物以引起所詠之詞也”。西方沒有“文采”這個概念，只好把“文采”翻成“literary talent”，西方人也很難理解中國文人追求的“文采”到底是什么東西。
西方畫的特點是寫實、寫生，繪畫以忠實模寫自然為第一要義。而中國畫的特點是寫意，畫家用比喻夸張的手法表達自己的生活感受。同樣西方文章的特點是文字表達的準確性和客觀性，東洋文章的特點則是文字表達的比喻和夸張，動不動就來個“白發三千丈”。洋人小說中描寫美女，直接描寫她眼睛怎樣、臉龐怎樣、身段怎樣、表情怎樣，而中國古代小說描寫美女卻喜歡用比喻的手法：“沉魚落雁，羞花閉月”。中國人認為為了達到“文采”效果，犧牲描述事實的準確性也是可以的，所以才有張繼的問題詩《楓橋夜泊》:
“月落烏啼霜滿天，江楓漁火對愁眠。姑蘇城外寒山寺，夜半鐘聲到客船。”
月落本應該是黎明時分，后面又說“夜半”，夜半與月落的時間相關顯然不對；烏鴉是白晝動物，和雞一樣晚上睡覺，半夜聽到烏鴉叫，就像半夜雞叫一樣不自然；再者寺院也鮮有半夜敲鐘的，“夜半鐘聲”也讓人感到詫異。由于中國詩詞并不著重“寫實”，而著重“寫意”，只要意境好，即使詩境與現實不符，也仍被認為是好詩。
中國古代創造過多種文學題材，詩經楚辭漢賦唐詩宋詞，都非常強調講究文采。新文化運動前，白話文小說是不登大雅之堂的俗人玩藝兒，有水平教養的文人都是吟詩作賦。《三國》、《水滸》等小說本來寫的不錯，可是作者每每到關鍵時刻，總忘不了賦詩一首，來個“有詩為證”，硬塞入一首不倫不類的詩，試圖以此來表現作者的“文采”。作者似乎是想說：“我不是只會寫白話文，我也會寫詩”。
中國為什么沒有創造出“科學”？其關鍵之一就是中國沒有創造出直接準確描述事物的“論文”體裁。西方人把文字當作交流思想的工具，而中國人把文字當作賣弄學問的敲門磚，動不動就要來一點“賦比興”的文學手法。如果請一位中國狀元起死回生來描寫一個化學實驗，很可能會是這樣：“當酒精燈燒得像早春二月陽光一樣溫暖的時候，放上一只少女眼眸般光碧晶瑩的燒杯，加入宛如觀音菩薩玉瓶里露珠的清澈潔凈蒸餾水，即刻發生令人贊嘆不已的奇妙化學反應，快似疾風，速比閃電……”。
中國文人極其重視文字的華麗和表現的優雅，卻非常忽視文字表達的準確性和客觀性，經常不分場合濫用文采修辭，因此中國無法誕生西方式科學論文體裁。有人以為洋人讀枯燥無味的科學論文是因為這些文章有實用價值，可是我們應該記得，亞里士多德、伽利略、牛頓的時代，自然科學并不象現在，是毫無實用價值的“純學術”。中國人大概很難理解洋人為什么會對那種枯燥描述自然現象的毫無文采的科學論文發生興趣。
有人以為中國在搞了科舉考試以后，才出現重視文采不重視思想內容的傾向。其實中國重文采是自古就有的傳統，漢代尚沒有科舉考試，但漢代的特產“漢賦”，卻是中國歷史上最重文采輕內容的文體。司馬相如寫了一篇《上林賦》，其受歡迎程度居然搞到洛陽紙貴，但《上林賦》除了通篇的美麗辭藻外，卻沒有什么實在的內容。
由于中國人的智慧觀，把寫作文采當作智慧的標準，造成長年來中國文人華而不實的文風。古人也感到這種重文不重實的行文弊病，唐代韓愈、柳宗元等人發起過一個古文運動，提倡學習先秦古人樸實的文風，認為文章應以內容為重，“言必近真、不尚雕彩”。中國古代早有白話文，幾百年前的《三國》《水滸》就是用白話文寫的，但白話文一直在中國文人界吃不開。白話文可清楚準確地表達思想感情，文言文就很難做到這一點，所以無法用文言文書寫細膩情感的小說。中國文人放著準確表達思想的簡單白話文不用，偏喜歡用連斷句都要費幾分腦筋的復雜文言文，還喜歡在里面加一些不作解釋的典故，更讓人難于理解。
如果說白話文長于“表達思想”，文言文則長于“賣弄學問”。“表達思想”越簡單清晰越好，而“賣弄學問”卻是越曲折繞彎越顯得有學問。明明可以用簡單直接的話講清楚的事，中國文人卻要借古懷思，引經據典，搞得十分復雜。你用簡單的詞句，會被認為是學識不夠，文采不深。用地攤小販都會講的白話文寫文章，沒有賦比興的烘托，沒有起承轉合的文脈，不引經據典，如何展現作者淵博的學識與華麗的文采？
五四后模仿西方的新文學運動在中國興起，下里巴人的白話文才在中國登上文壇。胡適等人提倡學習西方的寫實文風，少用修辭，不用典故。據豐子愷回憶，他在浙江第一師范讀書時，正值學校提倡新文學，反對封建文學，要求學生作文時“不準講空話，要老實寫”。一個學生寫自己奔喪時用了“星夜匍伏奔喪”，被老師責問：“你那天晚上真的是在地上爬去的嗎？”
盡管廢除科舉引進西學以后，中國人的智慧觀有所改變，但中國仍然是詩的國家，人們喜歡比喻和夸張，喜歡中國畫那樣詩般的意境，對西方追求真實的科學和追求寫實的藝術，總是敬而遠之。中國極少會有人不是為了應付考試，不是為了寫畢業論文，而單純出于興趣去讀亞里士多德《物理學》那樣缺乏文采的論理文章（陳景潤則是例外中的例外）。
中國的智慧也有其閃光之處，在研究人性的缺點并加以利用方面，遠遠走在西方前面。西方無數的軍事學家、將帥參謀，打了幾千年仗，卻從來沒有想出過“空城計”這樣的絕計。如果用同樣的兵器，古羅馬軍團無法戰勝善于用計的中國將軍。比如說在二戰太平洋戰場上，美軍打得過鬼子，朝鮮戰場，中國軍隊為什么能和美軍達成平手，也正是因為朝鮮戰爭，中國才得以躋身大國行列。治理中國自然也要用中國式的智慧，西方式的智慧在中國行不通。
西方人把思想家當作民族智慧的驕傲，中國人則把計謀家當作民族智慧的結晶。西方人看來陳景潤比司馬懿更智慧，因為陳景潤和愛因斯坦是同一類人；而中國人看來基辛格比愛因斯坦更聰明，因為基辛格和司馬懿是同一類人，中國智慧和西方智慧是沒有交點的兩條平行線。西方智慧重視“與自然斗”，所以誕生了一個又一個思想家發明家；中國智慧重視“與人斗”，所以出現了一個又一個陰謀家，厚黑天才。一個計謀家生在西方是一個悲劇，一個發明家生在中國也是一個悲劇。司馬懿如果生在美國，一輩子只能在做個精于權謀的小地主，找不到施展抱負的機會；愛迪生如果在中國，一輩子也只能在藥鋪里當一位普通的售貨郎，同樣找不到發明創造的機會。
按照西方的智慧標準，中華民族是一個缺少思想，守舊自封，不重視發明創造，就會玩小聰明聰明反被聰明誤的民族；而按照中國的智慧標準，中華民族則是一個深曉世故人情、隨機融通、機靈活絡的絕頂智慧民族。
??? 在中國，技術再牛，也是一個就會技術的呆子，怪才。在西方，搞關系，厚黑學是沒有市場的，所以大家看出今日之中國與西方差距之大！
??? 在中國IT業，想混的好，光技術牛是不夠，重點是做人，某些時候做人比做事還要重要！還有程序員干的不能超過35歲，不然以后沒得混了，所以多想想做人你的轉型會很順利！否則得話要艱難地多！
無奈生在中國，技術牛人們要學會入鄉隨俗！盡管都說小公司做事，大公司做人，但是做人是必須學會的，不然的話，空有強悍的技術，整天被別人算計！做為程序員一定要學會適應社會，物競天擇，適者生存。
2009年，華裔科學家高錕獲得諾貝爾獎，中國人和猶太人的智商高聞名世界，為什么中國人這么聰明，為什么至今本土沒有一個人能獲得諾貝爾獎呢，中國建國已經60多年，無數的科研機構，以色列那么小，一個茸茸小國，建國比中國還晚，接二連三地有人獲得諾貝爾獎！中國從來不缺人才，但是那些人才往往沒有機會與空間成長，往往是會做人會做事的人壓制住了會做更大的事不會做人的人。
聯想到google就要撤退中國，國外互聯網公司在中國為何沒有一家能夠成功，最大的缺點就是太不了解中國人了！太不了解中國智慧了！想在中國混得開，必須理解并學會中國智慧！同時Google的西方思維就是標榜自己就是一個搜索引擎，與搜索結果無關。但是西方思維在中國沒有市場！
我建議Google總裁一定要認真閱讀一下《明朝那些事兒》，我相信他一定會從這本書里找到Google怎樣才能在中國混的風生水起的辦法！建議他認真了解中國最偉大的圣人之一的學問，王陽明的心學，知行合一。什么是知行合一？答：就是知與行的合一。無論有多么偉大正直的理想，要實現它，還必須懂得兩個字——變通。只有變通，只有切合實際的行動，才能適應這個氣象萬千的中國。如果他的西方思維不能接受這個中國思維的話，我可以去Google全球總部親自去給他講解下古老的中國思維與中國智慧。
同時建議下Google總裁，同時Google中國的人才標準不能完全西方化， Google中國應該成立一個公關部，挑選一下中國智慧標準的人才（當然這種人才放在Google中國研發部的話會讓Google的技術變弱的），相信未來Google一定會在中國大放光彩！
