安裝目標：pip install pyinstaller

報錯內容：

解決方法：

運行--->cmd

使用?python -m pip install -U --force-reinstall pip?升級成功

Successfully installed pip-20.0.2

接下來又報錯了 pip install pyinstaller? 報錯內容： time out

解決方法：??pip --default-timeout=100 install -U pyinstaller

Successfully built pyinstaller
