This indicates two different pip path to install packages^[1].

在windows下powershell內，進入到虛擬環境中時，直接pip安裝時會進到activated的環境中；在base里的時候，會裝到 c:myappsanacondalibsite-packages (2.6.0) 里，即anaconda的base環境中；盲猜如果deactivate base了，直接pip會裝進系統的python pip pkg里。
