Sharepoint 2013 發布功能（Publishing features）

一、默認情況下，在創建網站集時，只有選擇的模板為‘?Publishing Portal（發布門戶）’與‘?Enterprise Wiki（企業 Wiki）’時才默認啟用發布功能，如下圖所示：

　　

二、發布功能包含兩塊：網站集級別的發布功能（SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure）與網站級別的發布功能（SharePoint Server Publishing）。分別如下圖所示：

　　程序集的根網站（首要網站）--> 右上角齒輪按鈕 --> 網站設置（Site Settings）--> 網站集管理（Site Collection Administration）--> 網站集功能（Site collection feature）

　　　　

　　程序集的根網站（首要網站）--> 右上角齒輪按鈕 --> 網站設置（Site Settings）--> 網站操作（Site Actions）--> 管理網站功能（Manage site features）

　　

三、啟用SharePoint Server 發布基礎結構功能（SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure）：

　　1、網站模板，開啟該功能的網站集，在創建子網站時，會默認添加三個模板：

　　　　發布網站（Publishing Site）

　　　　使用工作流發布網站（Publishing Site with Workflow）

　　　　企業 Wiki（Enterprise Wiki）

　　2、網站設置（Site settings）頁面的更改：

　　　　　　網站管理（Site Administration）部分增加下列鏈接：

　　　　　　　　內容和結構（Content and structure）

　　　　　　　　內容和結構日志（Content and structure logs）

　　　　　　　　翻譯狀態（Translation Status）

　　　　　　搜索（Search）部分增加下列鏈接：

　　　　　　　　可搜索的欄（Searchable columns）

　　　　　　外觀部分增加了下列鏈接：

　　　　　　　　設計管理器（Design Manager）

　　　　　　　　設備通道（Device Channels）

　　　　　　　　導入設計包（Import Design Package）

　　　　　　　　導航（Navigation）

　　　　　　外觀部分刪除了下列鏈接：

　　　　　　　　快速啟動（Quick launch）

　　　　　　　　頂部鏈接欄（Top link bar）

　　　　　　網站集管理部分添加了下列鏈接：

　　　　　　　　搜索引擎優化設置（Search engine optimization settings）

　　　　　　　　網站集導航（Site collection navigation）

　　　　　　　　存儲標準（Storage Metrics）

　　　　　　　　變體設置（Variations Settings）

　　　　　　　　變體標簽（Variation labels）

　　　　　　　　變體日志（Variation logs）

　　　　　　　　可轉換的欄（Translatable columns）

　　　　　　　　建議的內容瀏覽器位置（Suggested Content Browser Locations）

　　3、文檔庫和列表（Lists, Libraries, and other Apps），啟用 SharePoint Server 發布基礎結構功能時，下列文檔庫和列表將添加到網站集的根網站中（網站內容頁面（Site Contents））：

　　　　　　網站集文檔（Site Collection Documents） 此庫存儲用于整個網站集的文檔。

　　　　　　網站集圖像（Site Collection Images） ? 此庫存儲用于整個網站集的圖像。　　　　　　

四、啟用SharePoint Server 發布功能（SharePoint Server Publishing）：

　　1、網站設置（Site settings）頁面的更改：

　　　　Web設計器庫（Web Designer Galleries）部分刪除原有的‘母版頁（Master pages）’鏈接，換成‘母版頁和頁面布局（Master pages and page layouts）’鏈接。

　　　　網站管理部分（Site Administration）添加了下列鏈接：　

　　　　　　網站輸出緩存（Site output cache）?
　　　　　　管理目錄鏈接（Manage catalog connections）?
　　　　　　網站變體設置（Site variation settings）

　　　　外觀部分（Look and Feel）添加了下列鏈接：

　　　　　　母版頁（Master page）

　　　　　　頁面布局和網站模板 （Page layouts and site templates）

　　　　　　歡迎頁面（Welcome Page）

　　　　　　圖像呈現形式 （Image Renditions）

　　　　網站操作部分（Site Actions）刪除了下列鏈接：

　　　　　　啟用搜索配置導出（Enable search configuration export）

　　　　網站集管理部分（Site Collection Administration）添加了下列鏈接：

　　　　　　網站集緩存配置文件（Site collection cache profiles）?

　　　　　　網站集對象緩存（Site collection object cache）?

　　　　　　網站集輸出緩存（Site collection output cache）

　　2、文檔庫和列表（Lists, Libraries, and other Apps），啟用 SharePoint Server 發布功能時，下列文檔庫和列表將添加到網站中（網站內容頁面（Site Contents））：

　　　　文檔（Documents）：此庫存儲在網站頁面中使用的文檔。

　　　　圖像（Images）：此庫存儲在網站頁面中使用的圖像。

　　　　工作流任務（Workflow Tasks） ? 此列表存儲在網站中創建的工作流任務。

五、在使用非發布模板創建的網站集中開啟與關閉順序：

　　1、啟用：首先需要啟用SharePoint Server 發布基礎結構功能（SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure），然后再啟用SharePoint Server 發布功能（SharePoint Server Publishing）。因為后者需要依賴前者。即先啟動網站集級別，然后網站級別。

　　2、關閉：首先要關機所有網站的SharePoint Server 發布功能（SharePoint Server Publishing），然后再關閉SharePoint Server 發布基礎結構功能（SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure）。不允許在未關閉網站級別的發布功能時直接關閉網站集級別的發布功能。

六、繼承關系：

　　1、根網站啟用SharePoint Server 發布基礎結構功能（SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure），在創建子網站時，與網站有關的鏈接會被繼承下來，比如‘設計管理器（Design Manager）’。

　　2、根網站啟用SharePoint Server 發布功能（SharePoint Server Publishing），在創建子網站時，并不會繼承根網站的一些鏈接和設置。可見其是獨立存在的。
