1. fractionally-strided 卷積

如上圖示，輸入為 3×3 ，想要卷積+上采樣成 5×5 的輸出。需要首先對原始輸入，像素間填充為 0。

這種上采樣形式的卷積操作，也被稱為：full convolution（全卷積）、in-network upsampling，fractionally-strided convolution。
