計算機聯鎖是保證車站內列車和調車作業安全，提高車站通過能力的一種信號設備。

設計以沙盤模型為根據，練習制作聯鎖信號圖表，使用Visual Basic設計調度集中控制軟件，實現基本功能。論文包括三個部分，第一部分主要介紹了計算機聯鎖系統，第二部分主要根據沙盤模型詳細介紹邢臺站的計算機聯鎖仿真設計過程。第三部分做出總結并對計算機聯鎖的發展做出展望。

車站計算機聯鎖系統得到了空前的發展，而以計算機聯鎖設備為基礎的綜合信號系統也已成為當前鐵路信號發展的主流。可以預見，新型的鐵路信號系統一定會大大提升車站計算機聯鎖系統的技術水平。
